Installation and debugging methods:
(1) Adjust the installation angles of the receiving and transmitting units so that they can point inward and upward towards the entrance of the elevator.
The specific installation angle will depend on the width of the steps and the large distance from the entrance. Usually, the transmitting and receiving units are installed at a horizontal inward angle of 60 degrees and a vertical upward angle of 10 degrees.
(2) Check the power type of the power supply and controller.
(3) Make sure the power is turned off, and then connect all wires to the 11 pin socket according to the wiring diagram.
(4) Insert the controller into the 11 pin socket, confirm once again that all connections are correct, and turn on the power.
(5) When the controller is working normally, the power indicator light is on.
(6) Place a piece of A4 white paper at a large distance from the entrance of the elevator where you need to inspect it.
(7) On the controller, adjust the sensitivity knob to the maximum value, that is, turn the knob clockwise to the full scale position. At this time, the output signal indicator light should be on. If it doesn't light up, please check and adjust the angle of the photoelectric switch and the distance of the A4 paper.
(8) Slowly rotate the knob counterclockwise to reduce sensitivity until the photoelectric switch cannot detect A4 paper and the output signal light does not light up.
(9) Slowly rotate the knob clockwise to increase sensitivity until the photoelectric switch detects A4 paper and the output signal light is on.
(10) Remove the A4 white paper and ensure that there are no objects obstructing it. The output signal light should be in the off state.
